Locals commit to Hardin-Simmons
Zach Overbey of Wylie and Chris Greene of Cooper have committed to play their college football at Hardin-Simmons University next year.
Overbey played offensive and defensive line and was a second-team all-district selection at offensive line. He will likely play at defensive end for the Cowboys. Greene, an honorable mention all-district offensive tackle at Cooper, will play tight end for HSU.
