so, i looked at snow- red hot chili peppers a few months ago and laughed at my self. i tried playing today and realized i still cant get it. its a fun riff but i want to play it up to tempo.....

from what I can tell by listening, there aren't really any hammer-ons during the singing parts, but sometimes I do 'em anyway...

I say I finally got it down, I've had it down, but my fingers are starting to stretch enough to where I can go back to the route chord for the slide-down...

I've had the hammer-downs since I heard it... but my fangers aren't the longest, my only problem has been the slide...

I learned that my index finger reaches out more easily when I press the first two strings with my ring-finger and hold the third with my pinky, but having never held a chord like that and sliding, my index finger gets all out of wack sliding down the fourth string, but I'm practicing it... usually I just hold the top three strings with my ring finger...

it's for sure not hard, but I enjoy it... play and sing "Driving my life away" by Eddie Rabbit in a super slow acoustic-blasting mode... man I loves that and so does everyone else... and playing it fast never fails to please the listeners... enjoy playing that one...
