same here in Cuero - quite a light-show in the sky as well. KENS 5 TV is predicting hail but so far we haven't had any (fingers crossed we don't)

we've been lucky so far, DirectTV is working - but son's laptop won't "locate the wireless connection" The neighborhood computer guru came and looked at it - he thinks my router might be bad :( it is 3 years old....... can a router be bad but the main computer still get a connection?

no - it wouldn't connect Sunday afternoon - :( the computer is 3 months old and I don't wanna mess anything up - I am calling SBC (AT&T) tomorrow - hoping it's just the router..

goodluck i dont know much of anytihng about computers if it wasnt for my roommate i would be screwed.

Yes, if the main computer is hooked up to the internet via a RJ 45 connection and your other computers(laptops) are connected via their wireless connection to the router. I suspect that maybe the wireless chip might be toasted or otherwise hindered in some odd fashion(or your son's wireless card is down on his laptop).

Honestly, I think the Sonic in Stanton is probably the best Sonic around too!!

:eek: This reminds me of some of the tools they were selling at the flea market during the roundup.. looked like something you could deliver a baby with! Let's be sure to keep some of those with us!:p
