I looked on the UIL site, and here were the State 3A results: BOYS #1 Elgin #2 Bridge City(Region III looks strong) #3 Pharr Valley View #4 Brownfield #5 Gladewater #6 LaVernia #7 Perryton #8 Luling #9. Canyon #10 Paris North Lamar #11 West #12 Forney GIRLS #1 Canyon #2 Gonzalez #3 Llano #4 Bowie #5 Yoakum #6 Robinson #7 Giddings #8 Forney #9 Bridge City #10 Eustace #11 Borger #12 Celina
Canyon and Bridge City were the two schools able to qualify both their boys and girls teams in the top twelve.

I am sorry, yes, Forney finished #12 in boys and #8 in girls....I know Bridge Citys Jr Hi. Boys have finished 16-0 and the girls have finished 15-1 in the last four years--not counting just training meets. I think these schools, Canyon, BC, and Forney probably have feeder programs in place to keep them competitive. Do you have any stats on the other feeder programs?
