Blood Diamond

Anyone seen it? If not, I'd highly recommend it. I was a very good flick about the diamond market in Africa. Leonardo de Caprio stars and did a very good job. Rent it if you get the chance, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I havent seen the movie yet, but I did see a documentary about the subject a couple years back. Kinda took the luster off of diamonds for me. San indeed!
If your a diamond lover, you might not want to watch it. It'll give you a whole new perspective on the real high price of diamonds.

Most diamonds you don't have to worry about. "Blood" diamonds, AKA conflict diamonds, have been outlawed by the US. We get quite a few diamonds from Russia, Canada, South Africa (not a current blood diamond country), and Australia.

don't most conflict diamonds come from Sierra Leone? and whether you like it or not... Kanye West has been very outspoken (go figure) about the blood diamond market in Sierra Leone, even penning a song and remix which tackle the subject...

just seen it last night, it was pretty good. A lil long, but pretty good....I know yall probably wouldnt think it but that Eragon was a pretty good movie as well.

the prestige is one of my favorite movies.... in my top 5... but of course my #1 movie is 300... best movie I have ever seen.

I havn't seen blood diamond, but I have seen the Presige, and I didn't think it was that great, it was o.k. but if you hate long movies w/ alot of pointless dialogue and a far fetched plot, then this movie is not for you..

but I will say it was 1000X better than the illusionist..

Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the most underrated actors. Seems like everyone movie he is in is good and gets really good reviews.
