1. Carthage 14-0
3 Tournament Championships, 4 Shut Outs, 3-0 in District, the Bulldogs are on a roll

2. Bridge City 11-1-1
6-0 over last two weeks including a tournament championship, saw this quote on ********** “the most surprising thing this past week was that Dishon did not hit another HR”

3. Hutto 12-2
Have looked great except 8-6 loss to Giddings. Have been doing all this without Missouri signee Urbina whose sore shoulder should be ready this week.

4. Abilene Wylie 14-1-1
Went 9-1-1 without ace pitcher Michael Strong and leadoff hitter Mason MacNoll who were part of the State Runner-Up Basketball team.

5. Sinton 10-4-1
Big win over then #1 Falfurrias. Record comes against a tough schedule of several 4A and 5A schools.

6. Falfurrias 11-4
Previous #1 Falfurrias lost to #10 Sinton and then 2A Bishop last week. 9-2 record against seven 5A schools and four 4A schools keeps them high on the list.

7. Texarkana Liberty-Eylau 10-4
The Leopards record is spotless except for games with Carthage and 4A Shreveport Byrd (LA). 3 of those 4 were very tight games.

8. Gilmer 12-0-1
Six shutouts in the 13 games and three tournament championships.

9. Mineola 15-1
Same district as Gilmer. Talk around town centers on the pitching staff. No-hitter thrown in victory vs. Kemp on Saturday.

10. Jasper 12-3
Won a couple of tournaments early but went 2-2 in their own tournament with losses to 4A schools. 3-0 district start.

11. Lubbock Cooper 13-6
12. Snyder 12-3
13. Silsbee 10-5
14. Taylor 11-3
15. Celina 13-2
16. Wharton 11-3
17. Liberty Hill 12-3
18. Argyle 15-1
19. Prosper 12-3
20. Cuero 14-4

The info on Silsbee is not correct. As of 3/22/07, Silsbee has a record of 12-4.

no joke - haven't been ranked since 1996-97 I think - losses this year are to Rockport (but we beat them the next time) lost a heart breaker to Floresville in a tourney - got beat by Hallettsville and can't remember who the 4th loss is too......HM33 any help here? hope they keep it up!

Wharton is the only team from 24-3A good job and we've only lost to El Campo, Jersey Village,and Lake Charles Barbe

what the heck..Hutto played good that game....Giddings just played better...

Then Hutto played better the other 2 games against Giddings 15-2 and then 15-4!!!!

liberty Hill panther mom or ils1 please post the hutto varcity baseball score tonight if you could please. Iam up in Washington state and its kinda hard to find the score up here without yall haha.

Snyder is now 14-3 and winners of eight straight games going into District 3-3A play. The Tigers host Lamesa on Tuesday.

i never said they didn't...also didn't help the two games we lost that bad we had freshmen on the mound and the game we won we had our senior who is now kicked off the team because they found a bottle of wine in his truck in the parking lot...that really hurts us, he was our ace...held Hutto to three hits

Yeah,he did. It was about 10 days ago against Gatesville. Plus, he had 12 k's in that game too!!! The backup QB is a good pitcher too!!

Silsbee (13-4) beat Jasper (13-4) Friday night by a score of 6-3.

Silsbee has also beaten #14 Taylor, #1(2A) Rogers, and lost to #2 Bridge City by a score of 2-1.
