There's also a little hole in the wall place on Ayers St. in CC called Julio's that makes a pretty devastating Jalepeno Cheesburger.

In & Out is the best fast food hamburger int he history of man. ITs too bad we dont have them in Texas. They are in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Storms is the best in Texas but not the Lampasas Storms. IT sucks. I think the best Storms is in Burnet.

IN-N-OUT. My gosh I wish they were in Texas. The reason was posted on here several months ago during a similar thread. I wish they'd get that lawsuit resolved and get those hamburgers here in Texas. You'd have to go all the way to Phoenix to get to the closest IN-N-OUT. :(

If I were eating Storm's, I'd eat at the original Storm's in Lampasas (used to be called Dairy Q before they changed the name to the owner's last name.)

My favorite place other than IN-N-OUT would be Brad's Burgers in Lampasas. Those triple meat burgers are the largest burgers I've ever seen. I think he uses a bit of brisket when making the burgers if I'm not mistaken. Whatever it is, it sure tastes great!

This was posted by Pudlugger in a thread from last fall about pretty much the same topic.

<<Yeah, they have them in Arizona too! Apparently after the founder and his son died in a tragic airplane crash in 2000 flying into John Wayne airport in their private jet (hit a vortex from a jumbo jet in front and augered in) the grandma was in charge of the company. Her favorite grandchild was next in line but an executive in the company teamed up with minority holders in the family to dispute control over the company. That lawsuit is still unresolved and until then no In 'N Out in Texas. I gurantee you when they do come they will rock the hamburger world! No kidding, they are way better than anything on the road today and low prices too. (btw they pay well and give benefits to their employees).>>

That's why there is no In-N-Out here in Texas. :(

I've had them quite a few times in AL and MS, but I'm not a big fan. I prefer White Castle as far as the small burgers go.

Man I miss Red Line. Used to always eat at the one in Alice. $1.99 for a GOOD burger, zesty fries, and a drink.

Man, I can't stand Mickey D's. I've tried to come up with reason after reason as to why it's so popular, and can only come up with one: it's fast.

Unfortunately, not only does the food suck, it's also horrible for you. I'd rather go to the local convenience store and throw down two bucks on a Deli Express chicken salad sandwich than eat at McDonald's. Any and every day of the week, and that's a quicker meal than Mickey D's.

If I'm desperate enough for quick fast food (which is very rare... I take life a little slower than most, as you can probably tell by the rate I'm making it through college) I'll go to Wendy's or Taco Bell.
