Goodness! They are keeping the wraps on this selection. I've asked everyone who I thought would know for sure and no one, I mean NO ONE knows who the finalists are.:eek:

Word on the OldCoach is that the OC from Liberty Hill will be one of two finalists. Don't know the credibility, but that's the word...

I heard Tim Holt. Coached some pretty good teams in George West.

That's the rumor of who the 2 finalists are. Holt from Big Spring and Walker from Liberty Hill. We'll know by tomorrow for sure.

Burnet has faced them both for a few years. Either would be a great HC in Sinton, but if I were a Pirate. Walker is my man!!!!!

I sure wouldn't have a problem with my Pirates returning to the wing-t.:D If this rumor is true, we would. Both of them run a wing-t.

That would make the G-P matchup even more interesting. Holt was run out of their even though most people thought he was a good coach. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong guy though, but 83 and King always used to mention his name in a good way.

I like the idea of Walker being the new HC.

I believe they started out running a type of wing-t and then switched to more of a run and shoot type offense.

I know the Corpus Christi Caller called the head Coach at Snyder his name is Chad something or other.

Former Calallen running back Jeff Walker is a finalist for Sinton's head coaching job. Walker is the offensive coordinator at Liberty Hill.

He's in his sixth year up there. The Sinton School Board may name its new athletic director and head coach on Monday.
