what determines who will get 3rd? Is it between Canton, Mabank, and Kemp?

not sure all the details...but i kow that....

if canton beats mabank by 12 or more points then WIlls Point will represent the district in D1. Now...if Canton doesn't then Mabank will represent the district in D1...Mabank has the highest enrollment
