They will take enrollment at schools in October and figures will be turned into UIL by Nov. 1

The process starts and the new alignment will be released first week in Feb

The UIL has transferred two schools out of our district for next year in all sports except football. Pilot Point and Whitesboro have been moved into the district with Gainseville, Sanger, etc. in all sports except football. The reason for this is that two new schools have been added to 9AAA (Lovejoy and Frisco Liberty) which would make 10 schools in that district Since the Gainesville's district had only six schools this would make two eight team districts. This goes into effect next season in all sports except football, which will remain the same. PP and WB will appeal this decision, but in order for the appeal to be upheld, all schools in both districts must agree.
