I liked hutto when we only had 1250, its growing so much now. When i went to school my 6th and 7th grade year we had only one school for all middle and highschool students. Sad how things change. On the plus tho, i was VERY happy when we got sonic in town haha

real estate is still cheap here in Texas

Look at land values in other states like Colorado, Arizona, California, etc.....

I have looked recently around Garner State Park and that is not cheap there.
Bro-in-law bought two acres literally right behind Garner for $10,000 a few years ago. Now the same stuff is going for 3-10 times the price.
.
I think I gonna start looking up around the Marble Falls- Burnet area for a piece of land to retire on. Heck, I like that option better anyway.:D

I drove it once like a year ago and man it was a beating of the highest order....of course there was a ton of construction and I am sure once its done it'll be ok but it was bad!

It didn't really get bad til you got outta Stafford

I heard as soon as the city put in a sewer system, LH would end up just like Leander.
