I have read many of your post. And although many of them are insightful, and i believe most of the time you know what you are talking about, you really need to stop putting posters names on your post. Boards like this are great for discussion back and forth. We all use usernames so that we can agree or disagree and still save face when it comes to see the people in person. So I think it is great that you known many of the posters, but dont think you should name them out on this board. If you have something you dont like about someones post that you know personnally and you want to deal with it person to person then go talk to them person to person, dont sling their name on the board.
