Very very interesting...a copyright lawyer and professor put up a video of that "this broadcast is copyrighted by the NFL, blah blah blah" tag on YouTube, the league took it down, she filed a fair use complaint, YouTube put it back up, only to see the league take it down again. That second takedown notice breaches the DMCA. She's now threatening court action.
Could have repercussions for everyone else.
