and seriously, how refreshing is he to the stale R&B music in today's era...

I've been hearing his name a lot over the past year. I've caught him on various tv shows and have really enjoyed what I've heard. I need to pick up more of his music so that I can give a full opinion though. I think he definitely has some potential... :)
