The most boring bracket ever...

So I'm in charge of the company office pool this year. We had 40 or so entries...one of the brackets looked like this:

Sweet Sixteen
1 Florida vs 4 Maryland
6 ND vs 2 Wisconsin

1 Kansas vs 4 S Illinois
6 Duke vs 2 UCLA

1 UNC vs 4 Texas
3 Wash St vs 2 Gtown

1 Ohio St vs 4 Virginia
3 TAMU vs 2 Memphis

Elite Eight
1 Florida vs 2 Wisconsin
1 Kansas vs 2 UCLA
1 UNC vs 2 Gtown
1 Ohio St vs 2 Memphis

Final Four
1 Florida vs 1 Kansas
1 UNC vs 1 Ohio St

He had UNC over Florida in the championship.

This guy picked exactly 6 games where the lower seed would win...and 1 upset (a 4+ seeding differential). with GW over Vandy He had 2 of the 6 seeds beating 3 seeds...but that was it. Yaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnn...

wait....the next bracket I pulled had 3 of the regions as 1-4 in the sweet 16. In the Midwest they took #5 Butler instead of #4 Maryland. Same elite 8 and final four setup though. yawwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnn

some ppl just pick seeds and never venture out and have fun with it and make it interesting. in my opinion thats y its gambling you have to take chances to get rewards

I stayed away from Texas but picked Duke to the sweet 16... have UNLV and Butler... my final 8 and final 4 are still alive and I have only on Big 12 team in the final four

the tournament this year has been kind of boring as far as cinderellas and that stuff go so who knows

mine's a yawner as well...

but if you're in 2nd place with brackets like that, yawn all ya want...

I think the people aren't pickin' conservatively, they're just picking realistically...

there wouldn't be upsets if the other teams were supposed to win...
