My dad just called me and he said they announced on the radio today that the offensive coordinator from ennis is now the head coach at Breckenridge. He starts April 2 I believe.

I read on "the old coach" several days ago where the finalists were listed for this job. One of the finalists listed was the head coach at Royse City. It's funny because he never even applied for this job. I always find it interesting when people claim they have the scoop and their info. is dead on.
Oh well, good luck to the new coach in Breckinridge. I hope he does great out there......a ton of tradition always helps (or sometimes hurts)

In a dying town such as Breck...tradition is all that they have left. :(

I thought Coach Berry at Ennis was the Special Teams Coordinator.

he may be now. I know when he left Corsicana as the head coach and went to Ennis he went as a ST coord. He may now be the OC. Who knows!

just talked to a buddy of mine and he told me he was just Ennis' secondary coach. Little trick in the Coaching profession...ask permission from your current head coach to put Coordinator on your resume!! :D

but at the same time some media just guess what role the coach plays on the team. They nkew he used to be a head coach and probably just assumed he was a coord now. Or my friend could be an idiot and may not know what he is talking about!
