Last night I got another virus comment on myspace. Usually I can delete them without a problem. However, the one I recieved last night erased all of my old comments and it is the only thing you can see as far as comments go on my page. As I've heard from others.. you can't delete this one.:mad: I really didn't want to have to start over with a whole new account but if you can't have comments.. what would be the point of keeping this one? Anyone else getting this same comment or does anyone know how I can fix this before I delete my current account and start over?:(

Not yet, didn't think about doing that. I will have to try that when I get home.
So if you were to change your account setting to where you have to approve all comments before they are posted.. could that prevent you from getting another virus like that one in the future? Just deny it whenever it comes up.

That sucks. You shouldn't click on links people send you.

Well I didn't but someone called me and asked if I had looked at my myspace latley.. so I logged on and it was already on there and all other comments were gone.:(

You must of clicked on something. I don't think someone can post a comment and it automatically take over your profile.

have you tried changing your password?!?!

It's been forever.. I forgot how to change it to safe mode. Right now things aren't looking good for it:(

Right now things aren't looking good for it:( i bet you 100$ you didnt even know there was a safe mode for myspace. go in to edit profile, and on the top right corner youll see a list of commands, click on safe mode. a bunch of tabs will come on the next page and then click edit comments.delete the unwanted comment, then change your password. and quit clicking on them porno people tryin to add you

Talked to a friend during lunch today and she alredy did the safe mode thing and all the virus comments were deleted.

Porno people on myspace huh? Well I guess I need to delete you then!:eek:
