the school had a great deal for students who wanted/could go to the game.... sent a charter bus it was like $150 for transportation to and from N.O. hotel room and ticket to the game problem is they left today at 9am and i have a paper due in my 8 am 9:30 am 11 am and also a quiz in my 11 am and they game is at 11:30 in NO and i gotta be at work at 2 tomorrow

I just got back to the hotel from the game and am about to go eat.. Thanks to all those who supported the Mean Green on our brief time in the tournament.. I'm proud of our team, and i'm glad I made the trip.. our team pushed Memphis, and if not for a few mistakes and key turnovers this game could have gone either way.. I'm proud to go to UNT and be a Mean Green fan..

Sorry UNT lost, Keith, but they have a great foundation on which to build a program. I think Todd Dodge will open some eyes with the football team if he is given a long leash and time. Take care and have fun in the Big Easy---I guarantee you that you will eat well. If you got the time and the money, try to have breakfast at Brennan's before you leave. Also, be sure to check out Pat O'Brien's in the Quarter---especially since it's St. Paddy's Day. Have a safe trip home---and thanks for supporting your Texas school.
