Very Good KTA. There are several offers outstanding but I don't see more than getting about four to five more. Also usually about one or two always change their minds. I wish UT could at least get a LB and Center Ben Habern from Liberty Christian. Whoever gets Mr. Habern will be getting a good center who is good at trench warfare so to speak.

All of those players except 2 made Scout's top 100 Texas players.
One of those was kicker Justin Tucker who is a kicker from Austin. It is rare for a kicker to make that list but I saw his highlights and he is good kicker. He also plays safety on his team and is good even though I am sure he will be used as a kicker at UT. Still if needed he could be a backup safety .

Also the other one is Kheeston Randall who is a DT from Beaumont. It is a surprise that he isn't one of them because he has offers from Kansas State, Miami of Florida, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, A&M & UCLA and I have heard USC was interested too. This one could turn out to be a big steal for UT.

Phil, Kheeston Randall did not have offers from anybody except Texas. They were his first and only offer. He went to A&M's jr. day the week before he went to Texas and did not get an offer. The lack of offers may be b/c he played at Beaumont Kelly until this year, where he will play at Beaumont Central. He has good potential, but no offers from those schools you listed above.

Oklahoma got his verbal. They are getting a good one. I knew he wasn't interested in UT.
