Region 4 Mid-Season Report

In Div 1 it looks to be a 2 horse race between Sinton and Burnet...I don't see anyone else having enough to hang with em..in Div 2 it looks to be wide open...Bandera and Rice Consolidated seem to be the early favorites..

Surprises: Liberty Hill (5-0) Edna (4-1)
Disappointments: Cuero (1-4) Sweeny (1-4)

It looks at this time, Port Isabel is moving up, I have seen how fast they are, and the fact that they are winning by big amounts, plus the yardage they are racking up. This is not only against 3A schools, but some of the better 4A schools. Look for them to be a supprise in the Div II.

I agree with you Matt. My early prediction were Cuero would be 3-2 at this point and end up as second place team in district.

Division 1 is Sinton and Burnet. Divion 2 is between Edna, Port Isabel,Bandera, Rice Consolidated, and Mathis with Bandera having a slight edge.
