My lovely wife for the past few weeks has NOT been able to sleep very well at night.

She can get to sleep ok, it is just each morning she wakes up and she feels like she has barely slept. I cant remember the last time she got what she would consider a good nights sleep

So..any suggestions on what she can do to help her get some real sleep?

Again getting to sleep is not the problem. It is the fact she does not seem to sleep "good"

Maybe she needs to get checked out for a sleeping disorder?

Stop trying to "fool around" in the middle of the night and she will sleep better. At least that's what my wife claims.

Don't worry db, that will cure itself in a few years---you'll be playing on the other team, then. :D

A Sleep clinic is the answer if it doesn't go away soon, TXB.

She should increase the amount of water she drinks...You should divide your weight in half, and that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day...It also helps with the sluggish feeling and if your are experiencing aches and pains...
