I don't think they made any money off it anyways. Chances are people just skipped right over the story it was on http://img368.imageshack.us/img368/8905/lolfy9.gif

That's very funny and very true. It happens all the time it's not that big of a deal.

im not a lawyer and have no, what is known to the educated world as "proper schooling on the subject" nor do i have a degree in the subject of law. however, i think the TECHNICAL answer, is yes you can sue a newspaper. im almost certain you can sue anybody. but how long it takes for the judge to throw out the charges and allow the case to hold any water is really up to the court. for instance, could you sue the newspaper for what they did? you might be able to hire a good lawyer or one of the outlandish ones often seen in movies that are full of hi-jinks and calamity that the case is won on pure stupidity. but anyway, back on subject, if you have proof of their blatant plagarism, it might hold up in court. it also might depend on if you tell the court that you were beaten and the photo stolen by the editor....that might either help you or get you locked up for purgery...im not sure which. but i know a little bit of the jargon, aka lawyer speak. lol hope i helped!!! (but i prolly didnt :D )

No, it was a big group picture of the band I took at school. It only said pictures submitted by "Whoever the guy was". I felt so :nerd: being in their presence.

Not sure if you're talking about the school paper or the messenger...but neither of them have enough money to be worth suing.

You can sue anyone you want! But it doesn't mean your going to get anything.

I think it's morally wrong not do give credit where credit is due...

I wrote this one song, called "The Dance"... some dude stole the napkin I had wrote the song on and made it into a huge song that made people cry... pretty messed up, I hate when that happens...
