Well, my senior season (2000) after we beat Gonzales (when we were underdogged after losing Heard) Coach Littleton spoke to us out on the field aas we were on a knee and said 'I didn't wanna tell you before the game because I didn't wanna put anymore weight on your shoulders, but tonight you were playing for the 500th all-time win in Cuero.'... And we won it, so chalk up two more wins that season, plus 6 last season and the two this season, and you have 510 wins... Let's make it 511! See you at the game!

BTW: I believe Mr. Maltoni (sp?), the one who announces the game has records of every game etc... and is in the coaches office all the time, so I'm sure that's where the head honcho got that info from!
