Off-season is in the middle of maxes this week. Today, my son set what the coaches are certain is a new school record in the squat at 500 lbs. WTG, # 74! :clap: :clap: :kiss: :inlove:

the school record is only 500lbs....dont get me wrong 500lbs is GREAT but we have had a couple of guys get 600 or pretty close but then again they were state champion powerlifters well one of them any way.....one of them would have won either division in his weight class....they were also brothers....he might get up to 600 though hes still young
