ESPN Sportscenter is reporting the Cowboys and Ravens are interested in signing former Steerlers Linebacker Joey Porter. I would love to see Porter in a Cowboys jersey next year. But imagine how tough Baltimore's D would be w/ the addition of Porter:eek:

D. Ware and J.Porter would be scary on the same defense. Even though I like T.O. can him and Joey Porter get along in the locker room. Both have big mouths!

I've noticed that the NFL channel has stopped running the Joey Porter video about the Cowboys giving him a cell phone and taking his family out and then passing on drafting him. Pittsburg picked him and he joked about it was a great move by the Boys.

Wonder how he feels now....................

I agree. Having Porter opposite Ware in a 3-4 scheme would take the pressure off the DL and really cause problems for opposing offenses.

I like the idea of adding Porter to bulk up the D. Hopefully this goes through.
