A foul should have been called on Shaq. Also they were slow starting the 0.4 second shot.

Anyway SA won the championship the next year. :)

Had the clock operator set the clock right, it should've said .7 seconds left. Oh well I've still got my "One lucky shot deserves another" shirt with 0.4 on the back. The look on Horry's face was classic. :)
