that the football, volleyball, boys and girls basketball team all won state in the same year???

Duncanville has probably come the closest as they won all 4 of those titles over a 4 year span in the late 90's.

1995 5A Volleyball State Champs
1996 5A Girls Basketball State Champs
1998 5A Boys Basketball State Champs
1998 5A Division I Football State Champs

...and they almost won the 1998 5A Baseball title losing in the State Finals to Bellaire
