If he can get in shape and stay out of trouble he can be a decent NFL player IMO...

40 times are overrated. Jerry Rice ran a 4.6 and Emmit Smith ran a 4.7 at the combines they went to.

does the name Maurice Clarett come to mind when Taylor is mentioned... hope he has a better fate but not counting on it...

keep in mind that unlike so many other players, RT is just as fast with pads on. I don't remember seeing anyone catch him from behind and in high school (saw several of his games) even at an angle he was like the Black Pearl..nigh uncatchable. he may be rough around the edges but so was Lindell White and he was drafted and I fully expect RT to exceed White.

Lendale White also played college ball for 4 years...AND passed his classes. Ramonce can't say that for himself...

as did Ricky Williams who just got a bit "burned out" after only a few seasons.

So you don't agree with the comparison you were trying to make??? You're confusing me here...

no, you are making it seem that lindale's "success" is due to his college education and college fb experience even if RT is a superior athlete.

i'm sayin that williams (like white) also had the education and experience and he got nowhere.

so that factor won't hold IF he is that talented (which I believe he is) but he must stay out of trouble.

I would like to see him go to the Titans. Vince would kept him straight.
