About fifteen years ago I went to Ingleside on business and returned through Gregory. I noticed the barber shot was not busy and needing a haircut I stopped by there. We were talking about what then was when they had started enforcing the seat belt law and the giving of tickets for that neglec. He said "I knew that law was coming and I kept telling my wife and daughter over and over to wear their seat belts because I told them if they were caught they would get a ticket and then I was the one that got the ticket for not wearing my seat belt."
