Yes, there is. Many 3A meets have a JV division and most 4A and 5A meets have one.

Of course! Our JV boys were G O O D last year. One of our relays ran a time at the district meet that would've taken 2nd place - our Varsity relay was 1st. I'm not sure yet how many of those kids will be on JV again this year....will get to see tomorrow at our first meet. :)
