Wharton 7- Cypress Community 1...

in our tourny opener we took on TAPPS school Cypress Community...suppose to be pretty good, but came out average...they went ahead in the first inning 1-0 but we responded and went up 2-1...we then had a big inning and went ahead 6-1 and added one more...Freshman Looper pitched a great game and Senior pitcher Yackel came and finished it out...we have 2 games tomorrow

1st: against Strake Jesuit...another TAPPS school i think...

2nd: against Lake Charles Barbe...the only team from out of state...

Strake should be good, the play football in a 5a district. I think that it is the same for baseball.
