Guys, Bridgeport's open week is coming up on Oct. 4th. Does any of my good friends out on the 'low know of a good game I can go see that night?

Preferably one less than an hour and a half away! *g*

If you want to see a good 5a game,I would suggest that you drive to Tyler and watch the Robert E Lee Red Raiders and the Lufkin Panthers playing at Rose Stadium. 7:30 kickoff time.

Yeah, I would like to see Lake Worth, but I also am thinking of driving to see Decatur Gainesville that week, (I think they play each other that week... hmmm).

Otherwise, I wouldn't mind seeing Ennis or Everman.

Slpybear after we talked at half I got to thinking Decatur was also on Bye that week? I guess you seen they beat MW 55-43. They are certainly putting points up. If they do play that week I am going!

If you're looking for a good game I would not suggest Everman that week-we are playing Diamond Hill Jarvis. Probaly will not be much of a game at all for us.

Hey One, what did you think about the Decatur-MW game. The 95.9 radio show said it was Decatur up 44-13 at half or something like that, then MW came back and almost beat the Egrets.

I think The Battle of Big Sandy could be the Game of regular season.

I heard they put in their 2nd string and it almost backfired. They won 55-43. Does that sound familar? Bport-Decatur about 4 years ago we were up by 28 and lost 34-32. That haunts us to this day.

I think the Egrets had been running up the scores on the less talented schools even with their second teams. Now we are seeing a little bit of basis for comparison...
