History and National Geographic are the best channels ever. I get bored with modern marvels but they cover evrything from heaven and hell to hitler. I love those channels. animal planet falls in 3rd.

History channel has gotten more and more into modern marvel, and tech stuff..They sold most of their shows to the Military Channel that covered WWII and such

i love researching mafia history. from sicilian backgrounds to the new york 5 points gangs throughout the 40s 50s and 60s. after that, its lost a little of the "romance" if you can call it that.

im talking "real" history. i love the sopranos though. i just recently started watching. my wife bought me the 3rd season for valentines day. great show.
