Well ladies and gentlemen, once again DaBryan Blanton has showed some very impressive numbers. I understand that Royse City isn't the best team (also not saying Forney isn't either) but Blanton managed to get 200 yds on 5 carries! Meh, its only 40 yds per carry. I've seen better. j/k Anywho... regardless of the strength of any high school football team those numbers are very explosive. RC my sympathy goes out to ya cuz I know this year has been hard. Just keep tryin and believe me someone good just may get upset. Good luck bulldogs!

Oh and in case anybody was wondering the game was called after the 2nd quarter due to weather conditions.

Da Mules can certainly vouch for his explosiveness. He is so deceptively fast and just when you think you've got him for a loss, he hits turbo and blasts away from you. Super running back. Tell him to go to Texas Tech (ha) so I can watch him play once in a while.

Blanton hasn't played against a good defense this year. He wouldn't get 100 yards against a defense like Rice or Newton.

hahaha...id put money that hed get his 100 on both...hes only played one full game this year too...dont speak...you dont know what you are saying...lindale was a good defense. no one held him under 100 last year...no one will this year either...period

I think Blanton could gain a hundred yards on just about any team. The lad is awesome.

Would definately be interesting to see how he'd do against that Rice defense. Wouldnt shock me if they held him to under 100.

That Rice defense has plenty of it as well. Like I said, it would/will be very interesting to see.

Not to offend you surfspike, but it seems from the post, that nodody has a chance to beat Forney... Does Blanton play on defense too? It seems with that blazing speed, he might play in the secondary somewhere or at linebacker. As I know little about your team, could you please enlighten me? By the way, I thought your guy did deserve the coverboy for 3-A in the Dave Campbell pre-season football guide.
