That SD situation is weird. They basically fired Marty because he wouldn't hire Ted Cottrell as DC after Phillips went to Dallas. So they give Turner the HC position, hire Cottrell, then hire Riviera as LB coach after he was passed over as HC, even though he's one of the best DC's in the whole league. :confused:


What the heck are they doing? Could be a lot of backstabbing on that staff if you ask me.:thinking:
