Probably early Mass at St. Louis Cathedral. You've missed Carnival and slipped straight to Ash Wednesday. You're still free to drink yourself into a stupor, but you should start planning now for Mardi Gras 2008. It's a common misperception that Mardi Gras is the start of a heavy couple of weeks of parading and partying. That's backward. Mardi Gras is the END of the partying. The last day. End of the line.
