Actually, Carthage/L-E would be my 2nd choice tonight. First choice is watching the Rangers play the Pecos Eagles tonight.

Snyder's varsity won't play until basketball is over (most of the starters are on the basketball team.). Doesn't matter, Snyder win the district baseball title, just like in football, and girls and boys basketball.

We're about 10 degrees warmer here with the same wind. We just play at 7:00 instead of 5:00. Might be getting cool at 7:00 but the wind may be dying down some by then.

It was warm... but the wind was terrible.
Monterey was leading 6-1 when I left in the bottom of the 6th inning. Midland High gave them about 2-3 runs.
Wind was blowing out to left field and one kid from Monterey hit an opp. field dinger that would have been a pop fly on a non windy day.
