Anyone know where I can find some free flag football plays. Just started a new 8 on 8 team and we're lookin for some proven plays. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

When you break the huddle, have your RB blow his nose with his flag. Pitchout right and its an easy 6!!!

This is a good site and has a lot of good offensive plays and defensive schemes. Only thing is I think now on this site you have to pay like $25 bucks.

OK! We used this one in JH to beat Center for the district chapionship and it worked!
In the huddle send two players off the field to the sidelines and one player in the huddle, the other stand near the sideline looking as if he is with the other "bench players", the defense will not see him if done properly and swiftly, break the huddle and send all receivers to the opposite side except for that one. Hurry and snap the ball and look to the "strong side" and then throw to the lone man after about 3 seconds. If executed properly, it will be an easy six, if he catches the ball. Try it at practice and see how it works! wink

Are you playing contact or non-contact? The difference being in contact the lineman cannot go out for passes.

OH! Works pretty good doesn't it?! :D We actually started off in the swinging gate and then moved into regular formation. About 80 something yards later and the other team not knowing what was going on, we got 6 on the board!

Yeah it was pretty cool. Thats the only time I have ever seen it though. In Crandall, we never ran any trick plays. Just dive to the left, dive to the right, 40 trap, and 15 veer.Thats about it. Works against 80% of the teams but come playoff time, I think you need more balance.

We didn't really need it b/c we were already winning 40-12 and they were talking some mad trash before and during the game so we decided to put it on them one more time!

We play non-contact, everyone can go out for passes.
