Just played good defense on her and kept someone in her face all night. We really fustrated her in the first half and held her scoreless. The gameplan was to keep her from getting to the basket and to force her to hit the mid-range jumper, that's what they did and she couldn't hit it. If she would pass the ball the girls did a good job of not letting her get it back and forcing someone else to score and WC is not very deep with scorers. She had 17 the second half mostly from the freethrow line, she's not a bad player. But in our district 21-3A we have 8-10 players just as good as her if not better and a few of them are sitting at home watching the playoffs. Tough District!!!

orangefield is a very good team...well coached everyone shoots the ball good and hustles on D...but anyways great season lady necks 30-1 is a great season:clap: :clap: and good luck orangefield

Awizzy my hats off to your Lady necks, I was very impressed with they way they handled themselves during and after the game. I know they hadn't been in that type of situation all year being undefeated, but they never quit and they took the loss with a lot of class. That's something to be pround of and something for the parents of those kids to be proud of...Great year and Good Luck!!!

well thanks and i tip my hat off to your orangefield players and fans i know quiet a few fans came up to my sister a told her she played well and loosing davis is gonna hurt but i think we can be all right next...and really good luck to yall

Carter08 I don't think Cat22 was meaning any disrespect with his post. Our district was very tough this year and it prepared us and our other two teams well for the playoffs. One of the better teams in the state Kirbyville is sitting at home and could still be playing if they had made it. It definetly made the teams in our district ready for anything they might see in the playoffs.
