There has been a huge explosion at the Valero plant between Dumas and Sunray in the Texas Panhandle. Lots of LifeStars and ambulances from all of the surrounding towns are on the scence. There have been numerous injuries, not sure about the fatalities, heard there were several, but that is only second hand.
