Ugh, the liquid from the can is the stuff that you have to cook out. I do like the ssssssssslup sound that the block of spam makes as it drops from the can. :D

It goes great in a warm tortilla. Just make sure to thinly slice or even dice the spam. Goes great with eggs for breakfast. Think of ham. Twisted, demented ham.

Barbecued spam is also tasty. Spam is very versatile. When some buddies of mine and I were camping, they scrambled to find cookware for their steaks. I merely used a knife to make flank steaks from my block of Spam, and used a nice wooden stick to warm the Spam over an open flame.

Hmmm, the best cut of Spam. Possibly dead center? The shoulder portions are nice too. But the center has some beautiful marbling and some very nice, flavorful fat. That'd be my guess as to which cut could be considered the best.
