well we didnt win, guess we could not compete with the numbers of Keller-Euless Trinity (6000+ students to ~1500) ..... but they are sending a crew, just not the main one - thanks to those who voted ........ still gonna be a great game (Crandall @ Forney) like always - and a meaningful game that will determine a district title (unlike some other game going on down in the hill country :D )

Most of the people I've seen post about this match-up says Forney might run away with it... Why do you guys up there think?

38-27 forney - crandall has a potent option and will score some points but they wont be able to stop the rabbits - maybe 45-28 ... lots of points

forney did not show much D? 115 yards and 5 first downs allowed against Commerce - 70% of that in the 2nd half against Forney's 2nd defense - is not much D? the only score Commerce had was against the offense. so thats what you mean - Forney's offense has no D. now i get it.

and just because they allowed 2 40-50 yd KO returns is in no way reason to condemn special teamS. they did fine in all other KO returns and other special teams.

i see a little bitterness here - guess C-town is just not used to getting it handed to them, especially at home.

years have never and never will root for forney but Commerce Is PITIFUL this year and the off. is lacking in linemen and leadership the def is terrible to say the least we will be lucky to get past princeton tonight. Your special teams did not just allow 50 yards twice but did not even cover the return man until he was 50 yards down the field (meaning very slow). I saw nothing except AN AVERAGE TEAM BEAT A PIT - TI - FUL TEAM. Once again look for the upset

geez - Forney is an average teams because they (1) scored at will, (2) held a decent (not pitiful) team to 115 yards (22 first half!) and 5 first downs (1 first half!), and (3) broke down once on KO coverage .................. well all I have to say is most 3A teams in Texas would kill to be as average as Forney

Game day is finally here. I may be out of school, but I still get excited when Forney and Crandall play. No matter it be in football or basketball, its always a heated contest. Like I have said before, I am hoping for the upset but I know that it will be tough. Crandall will have to play a perfect game and not turn the ball over like they did a year ago. Turn overs cost them the game last year and if they turn the ball over a lot tonight then it will get ugly. But I am going to go with my foolish pride on this one and say that Crandall wins by 3. :)

i still see a high scoring game - forney scoring more than than crandall - but i may have to rethink now that i've been informed forney is only an average team with terrible special teams ... oh, and they're slow too

Forney by as many as they want to win by. And I disagree with Commerce Fan. The Tigers, while not as good as in previous years, are not pitiful. And Forney is far better than average.
