I've finally completed my database of 3A playoff games and thought I'd test it out by crunching out some stats.
I already posted a similar set of numbers for the 2nd largest classification at the link below:

The following are statistics compiled using on-the-field results of EVERY football playoff game played in the UIL's 3rd largest classification going back 56 seasons to when the 5 classification system was first implemented in 1951 (2A records from 1951-1979 and 3A records from 1980-2006 are included). Over the past 56 seasons, a total of 406 different programs have qualified for the playoffs in the 'middle' classification. Here are the superlatives:

To have above a 66.67% winning percentage in the playoffs means a team must on average, advance past the 3rd round every year that they qualify. A team that loses in the 3rd round would have a 2-1-0 record which = 66.67%
