Reports out of San Deigo list Bill Parcells as the top candidate to coach the team next year:

I really can't see this happening...however they have (arguably) the most talent in the league and the right personel for an attacking 3-4 scheme.

Any team that wants Parcells will have to get permission from Dallas to hire him. He retired with 1 year left on his contract, so his rights are will Dallas for 1 more year.

Parcells publicly stated that he didn't have enough left to get the job done in Dallas. That statement should prevent him from getting hired as a head coach in the NFL IMHO.

If there is a perfect readymade team for him this would be it.

Not saying he goes, but I think he will look at this hard, if they even try to talk to him

No doubt...he could just drop in and cherry-pick a Super Bowl ring like Barry Switzer did with the Cowboys.

I doubt he even gets looked at. Other than this one article in the local paper...nobody has even thrown his name out there.

Parcells will be considered I'm sure. But I really believe him this time when he says he's finsihed coaching.
