Yes baseball is slow and you almost have to know someone playing to enjoy watching it (almost).

Track is the same events in the same order, nothing changes and the times usually don't vary very much.

My vote goes to baseball for more enjoyable to watch, and I participated in both in my glory days.

i know - I'm hoping I can fit the state track meet into my schedule this year.

the baseball games usually go in the same order too.... begin with the 1st inning then the second and then the third. haha.....just kidding

good thing about baseball is that there are ways to mix it up, curve balls, fast balls, change ups, screw balls, nuckle balls, sinkers, sliders, intentional walks, line drives, ground balls, fly balls, home runs, stolen bases, errors; need I go on.

The only thing to mix up a track meet is against the rules, like tripping someone while they are running, or moving someones tennis ball marker so they trip and fall on there face at the end of the runway. I will give you the only good part of a track meet is the relays, atleast the teams have to have good smooth hand offs or they will probably not win.
