If this has been posted already, I apologize.
.
Since my wife is working tomorrow, I have to do it all. lol We're hosting 20 or so folks for the game. And since we're a 'lil tight on the greens I'm making this:
BBQ-ed leg quarters(30 pounds)
Tater salad(lots)
SintonFan's Southwestern Beans(big pot)
Homemade tortillas
chips, bread and all the extras
.
What are some of you planning to eat for "DA GAME"?
:)

Since no one here would step up to the challenge in Nugget Bowl 2007, I will be eating my customary SuperBowl meal-- 50 chicken mcnuggets-- at a much slower pace.

Um, I thought it was pretty straight-forward. :p
Brown some ground beef, making sure its nice and crumbled. Before its done, toss in a generous amount of Rotel. I had to use Mild, as that's all H-E-B has, but you can kick it up with the Fiery blend if thats your thing. Let that incorporate. Then top everything off with several big handfuls of your favorite cheese. I used a Mexican blend that went nice with the Rotel, but plain Velveta is also really nice. Mix everything together and put a couple of dollups on a warm flour tortilla and enjoy. :) Lettuce, guacamole and additional hotsauce are optional.
