Columbia @ Columbus
With Sweeny and Needville nipping at their heels, Columbia needs to keep winning if they plan to keep their playoff spot. I don't think they will have much trouble winning this one, but they will need to focus and not look ahead to next week's game in Sweeny. Columbia by 20.

Stafford @ Wharton
This is the game of the week in District 24-3A. The last time these two matched up, Wharton ran through the Spartans by 20+. However, I'm sure that Stafford has done their homework and I think that this one will be much closer. Wharton can all but clinch the district title with a win.....and I think they will. Wharton by 10.

Brookshire @ Needville
I really believe that Brookshire are the biggest underachievers this season. They started off hot and won some big games, but they have since fizzled out. Oh and did I mention......its tough to win in Needville. Needville by 15.

Sweeny @ Sealy
Sweeny is sitting in the 4th place spot right now and needs to keep winning going into next week's game against Columbia. That said, I hope they don't overlook the Tigers.....I don't think that Coach Hooker will let them. Sweeny by 10.

i'm going with the latter. nobody has a true scorer.

well...

i'll agree......tough defense but i've not seen anyone who can shoot...or create their own scoring opportunities.
