Why would DL leave Jasper for Elgin? Are they in a down time at Jasper? Just surprised me....

Elgin is a growing town. They have alot of YOUNG talent with speed. After going 0-10 in 2005,they went 7-3 this past year. Won't be surprised if they surpass last years win total this coming year. So he should be set up to win and win often.
