My friends and I were on a beer run and noticed that the cases were
discounted 10%. Since it was a big party, we bought 2 cases. The
cashier multiplied 2 times 10% and gave us a 20% discount....

I loved when I worked at Cingular...as employees we recieved a 30% discount on phones.

If the phone was used...we got 30% off of the used price (the used price being 30%).

However...when you took the phone to another employee for them to ring it up...they would just punch in 60% as your discount instead of giving you 30% off twice.

So if I bought a phone with a retail of $300...it should've been $147 before taxes...or about 51% off. However, they would give me 60% off...making the phone $120 + taxes! :)
