Yeah of course. Not that I am not saying she should not be charged with at least vehicular manslaughter, because indeed it was a tragedy. BUT..again I say...50 MIL? :thinking:

Hope she has a big umbrella policy. The case will most likely be settled out of court for a few million. Tragic accident. I hope she wasn't text messaging at the time.
